VAYA Kaprun

Highly recommend for stay in it 😍 they give you a visitor card that could you use it for every event’s without to pay . Also it’s near a bus station with the card you take a bus for free . Has a perfect view to sitting with coffee and see the sunset. But you should to clean the room before you leave and put the garbage out .

It was one of my best stays at kaprun, however, the laundry room is shared between all rooms and apartments, you need to keep an eye to get your turn to do your laundry ( only one machine for laundry and one machine for drying) and you have to have one coin of 2 euros for each. The parking is not included in the room rate nor the taxes. Other than that, this is definitely my place to go for staying at Kaprun.

We rented a very nice apartment with a balcony and mountain view , we really liked the interior design. There is a kitchen, all utensils, cutlery, pots and pans to cook. But there was no service for 7 days, and as a girl I was also upset that there was no shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Hope the admins take note. There was also no double bed and double blanket, which is inconvenient, I think that they could have been purchased for double rooms. We booked as a 4 star hotel, but it turned out that it was only an apartment rental. There is no breakfast either, you can only order croissants and fresh bread. But the location is super, in the center of Kaprun, next to a bus stop, runs every 15 minutes, there are three supermarkets and excellent restaurants nearby. There is another Vaya hotel in the mountains, near the ski lifts, maybe there is a hotel with service and everything you need.

We had a superb stay here in Vaya Kaprun. We went skiing for a couple of days end of March. We stayed in 3pers studio number 20 which had a really big and sunny balcony. The studio itself was clean en well equipped with qualitative items and beautifull decor, plenty storage room, big bathroom, a lot of daylight (corner studio). Friendly staff, nice bread service. I would highly recommend and would come back as well.

Fantastic service. I had reservation via booking without any cancellations right. The accommodation was so understanding and allowed me to still cancel the reservation free of charge due to change in covid rules for visitors from the Netherlands. Through the whole process they were super responsive and professional. I really hope to visit them soon. Thank you so much Vaya!
